This is from an aluminum window. House was built in the early 90's. Width is 3/4" Height is 5/8"

Your glazing bead looks like an older type that Andersen used on their vinyl clad windows. Take a look at our 55-301 glazing bead. This is a newer version of the one i mentioned. Could this work for you?
