vinyl sill track replacement

Question

Hi, I have a bunch of horizontal windows where the track insert in the sill is worn out in the middle. It's causing them to leak a little bit because the window sags.

The window track is precisely 1 1/8" wide (5' long). There is no manufacturer info on the windows anywhere, just a NAMI sticker (which also doesn't say manufacturer).

Obviously the shape matters so I attached a photo.

I'm surprised how hard it is to find replacement parts. Everyone wants me to buy whole new windows.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact replacement for this sill track. We do have a few replacement sliding window tracks, like our 55-027 and 55-072, but I don't know if these will replace what you have. You can see our entire selection here.
