vinyl tracks for Jeld-Wen sliding glass patio doors

Question

In my house there are Jeld-Wen exterior sliding glass doors. Jeld-Wen Premium Vinyl SGD, 3800 Sliding Patio Door, 2.5" sill riser. Ive learned that model has been discontinued and that Jeld-Wen has no replacement parts to offer.

There are 4 doors. Only the 2 center doors are designed to slide. The 2 outer doors are fixed in place. In the metal bottom frame of the 2 sliding doors, the vinyl material of the "track" on which the doors slide, has irreparably warped in the hot humid Florida environment. A replacement for those vinyl tracks is needed to make the doors function/slide open and closed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't sell vinyl tracks of any kind. The only patio glass door track we have is our 80-106, though I'm not sure how well this matches your original. The video below shows you how we install this product in most kinds of patio glass door frames. This should allow you to confirm whether or not it will be compatible with your door.
