vinyl trim around glass

Question

Need to re-glaze or find new vinyl trim to finish a new glass installation. A couple pieces on a previous install were damaged and would like to find enough to trim out both glass inserts. I am not able to find any sort of markings on the doors to indicate a brand or model. Hoping that you have something that will work or provide guidance to find a match.
