vinyl window latches

looking to match the window latches posted in this message, the latch is inscribed with the following, PAT. #5,139,291, this is a left side of window latch. i am looking for a total of 3 left latched and 3 right latches.

also looking for replacement window springs. can you please let me know if you offer these as well, and let me know what info you need for the replacement.
