vinyl window sash tilt latch

Question

Please see the attached photos of a window sash tilt latch.
This part is beige \ almond colored.
The part # on it is L 525
It also says 523, however, the 3 is stamped backwards.
The specs are:
1 1\16" wide
3" long
5\16" tall
2 1\16" center hole distance
3\4" from front of latch to 1st center of hole
Appx. 3\16" of latch sticks out of housing
This latch has a straight slot lock in between the rear hole & finger pull

Thanks for posting. Based on those dimensions, I believe the 26-344 is the closest we have, though I am afraid it is not available in beige. Take a look and see if you think this fits what you need. You could also consider the 26-337.
