It looks like part # 26-119 and 26-234 Although you don't provide the measurements for #26-234 between the prongs. All the measurements match mine except the distance between the prongs on my part is 3/8" and your part measures 1/2" between prongs. It may not make a difference. I am repairing Empire vinyl windows manufacturer's # 163946 purchased in the 60's.

Thanks for posting. The prong measurements are, in fact, fairly important. Please take a look at this diagram for the 26-234's prong measurements and match it to your hardware. Does this make things more clear for you?

Reference my email a few minutes ago:
You are correct that 29-234 is the sash release lever I want. I remeasured and got the same dimensions as described.
I will reorder.
Thank you.

I had the same come loose. The tabs are not broken, however when I went to it back in, it is loose and not tight like the other corner it functions fine, but is loose not as tight..
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you

Thanks for contacting us! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. If the prongs on the thumb latch are fine, then there may be a problem with the internal mechanism itself. Take a look at the holes which accommodate the prongs and see if they're a little distended.
