vinyl window shoe and balance

do you have a balance like the picture, for my double hung vinyl window. My lower window sash will not stay up when opened. THanks Chuck

Hey, Chuck. For the coil springs, check out our S180-5. Your nylon housings look fine, but if you need them, look at our 15-087 coil housing pivot and 15-086 tandem coil housing.

Paul, thank you for the info. So the coil spring can be removed and then replaced in this kind of housing pivot. It looks like 2 pivot components ??

Yes, if the housing is undamaged, then you can replace just the spring by itself if you want.
