vinyl window weep hole vent cover

Question

I have several Vetter vinyl windows that are missing the vent hole covers.  The slot measures 3/4 inches long and 1/8 inch high.  The color is clay or beige, however at this point I don't care what color they are.  Can you help?

The closest match we have to your weep hole cover is our 26-413. This fits into a 3/4" by 1/4" opening. See what you think.
