I understand why you closed the facility in Camden. It sure was nice to bring the part needed and leave with a new part. However, the videos you supplied were a great help. I also have a double hung vinyl window that is not working properly. Thanks to your video's I will be able to repair that also.

I see where another person sent in the exact information as this, and you recommended the 39-083 operator for replacement. Is 39-083 the correct replacement number?
It is possible that the 39-083 may be what you need if yours matches the image below but we are not able to confirm without seeing the original assembly and arms. If you're unsure, feel free to get back to us with detailed photos and we can go from there.
