want to verify the part I need

Hi:

I've sent a couple of photos which show the numbers off of my balance, and the overall look of my balance.

My broken balance has a stamp that has 26 9. The metal channel is a hair over 27 inches. From looking at your site I think I need an S385-27. This version has a 27 inch channel with wings on the top and bottom. The question is weight. My balance is stamped with a 9, which might be 9 lbs. From the size of the window, this wouldn't be out of the question. This would be option 2620 on your part.

Will you steer me to the right part, based on the stamp in the photo, or verify the above is what I need. Per your website, I will replace both balances, if I can find the right part.

Weighed it, ordered the product, and installed them.

I watched a video the company made, and installing the balances was just as easy for me, as it was the in the video.

Now I'll know what to do, if another balance breaks.
