we have a vertical window that wont slide up and down.

Please help us get the parts for the window. Not sure which one to pick from your stock supply, mine is 14 inches long.

See either our S380-14 or S385-14. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 1320.
