Existing door roller/part: 972459 needs to be replaced. Extensive search has been conducted with negative results. It appears your part 81-087 is a close replacement. Are you able to cross reference my existing part to perhaps match one of yours.

I'm afraid that number you posted doesn't correspond to anything in our records. That's not often the best way to find a match, anyway. You won't find any number or code on your door that tells you exactly what you need. The only way to find a match is by removing your existing roller from the door and comparing its dimensions and style to those replacement options available.
