The crank handle that you can use is going to depend upon the diameter of the hole in the bottom of the handle, where it connects to the operator spline. Can you measure and let me know what size your handle is?

I am looking for these handles as well. Same pat.4.083.264 (below that it says pat.4.189.248). then 45001 to the far right. I need several replacements. thanks,

This handle looks like it could be an old version of our 39-114L, but like Tom said before it will ultimately come down to the spline size. On our 39-114L, this is 11/32". You need to measure yours to verify that it's the same before you buy anything.

I have a handle w/ the same numbers as Thiensville, WI person. I am looking for left hand operator for a casement window. Trying to match an identical window operator & handle in same room. If no match exists, might have to replace both. What weather shield product do you recommend? (Keeping windows)

Hello! I'm afraid I don't know what operator it is you need. Our 39-114L is used on about a million different styles. In order to narrow it down, you'll have to remove the original operator from the window in its entirety and show me a clear, unobstructed photo of it. I can then check our inventory for a match.
