weather strip at bottom of door

Rubber on weather strip at bottom of door is frayed. Piece holding it has two holes on inside to screw it down. It's a herculite from PPG. It is a metal piece and not plastic like the ones at Home Depot. Where can I get a replacement piece

I'm not sure what it is you have. What kind of door is this for? Can we see a picture of the seal in question?
