weather strip for residential sliding glass doors

If this is something remotely like you offer, I can get you getter descriptions but I just wanted to see if your company is even an option for me. I live in a 19 year old house and want to replace the weatherstripping (is that the correct term for these?) around the sliding glass doors in my home. If you supply something like this, I will find out how many pieces I need. The material is a manmade material, it's not wood. It's about 6 feet long. Thank you so much!
