weather strip question

Home Owner
Hi, I am the homeowner. My windows are leaking and got frozen when temperature is extremely low last winter. I want to check with you, do you think they are caused by the weatherstrip? if yes, i would like to order to replace.

thank you

Looks like you have a couple issues at play on this window. The first is moisture in between the panes of glass, which is not easy to fix. You will need to contact a glass shop and have them get you new panes and a new seal.

Then you have condensation on the inside of the sill and sash frame. This might be a result of the issue with your glass, but it could also be caused by worn weatherstripping around the window. It couldn't hurt to replace that just to be safe. Since it appears that your window uses wool pile, I recommend that you look at our entire selection here.
