I'm afraid that I cannot identify your weatherstripping from this photo. Can you remove a sample and show me a clear picture of its end profile? That will allow us to find a good match. The video below will clarify exactly what info we need.

It looks like you  have a magnetic type of seal, but the sample is badly deteriorated and I cannot be sure how it installs or what shape the end profile takes. I can at least tell you that our 58-008 kit contains the only magnetic seal we have. I recommend getting an undamaged sample of your seal and comparing it to the photos and dimensions we show on the 58-008 store page. That will confirm for you if this hardware can work.
