weather stripping

Question

Helping an elderly friend who has casement windows in need of replacement weather stripping along the bottom of the sash.  Cannot find any identifying markings on the window or jamb.  It is sort of an "L" shaped brown weatherstripping (pics attached) and I tried to point out "featuers" and approx measurements.
