weather stripping

A quick learner from stl says:

I have Jordan windows that I need the felt weather stripping replaced.The windows are installed. I can not see any way to remove the stripping from the frame.It will not slide out there is no room against the frame for this.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Without seeing a picture of a weatherstripping that clearly shows its end, I can't be sure what to recommend. Wool pile usually just slides out an opening at the end of the channel. Could it be that yours is sealed for whatever reason? Check out the video below for clarification.
