No identifying numbers or names found on door/windows. Suspect door is original to house that was built in late 1970s/early 1980s.

Thank you for the additional photo! Unfortunately, we do not sell a replacement for the weatherstrip shown here. Your best bet would be to contact Pella to see what they suggest. I am very sorry that we can't be of help with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
