I am in need of assistance finding the correct replacement weather strip for my 20-year-old Weathershield casement windows. The current bulb weather strip has mostly disintegrated and I am hoping to locate the appropriate replacement. The windows are from the Proshield series and were manufactured around 2004.
Upon inspection, I have noticed that the weather stripping on the bottom of the windows is deteriorating on most of the 12 I have looked at. The sizes vary, but the majority are approximately 30x66. However, aside from the weatherstripping, the windows are in good condition and I would prefer to only replace the weather stripping rather than purchase new windows at this time.
The AAMA Certification plate clearly shows the original yellow weather stripping before it deteriorated. In my attempt to remove some of the undeteriorated strip, I noticed it was attached with a spine that snaps into two channels. One channel, indicated by the yellow arrow, is about 1/16" wide while the other, shown by the red arrow, is very tight and causes the rib of the weather strip to separate when pulled.
I am curious if you offer a suitable replacement weather strip for this specific window model. Is there perhaps a product that can be easily snapped into the 1/16" channel?

Hello, thank you for posting,
To further review, we will need to see a less damaged piece removed where we can view clear images of the end profile of the seal. From there we can compare to our selection to determine if we can provide a suitable replacement of your window. Thank you!
