weather stripping/bubble may need replaced on Cascade awning window

Question

I talked with Cascade and they can't help with replacement parts. The sticker you see is from a slider window purchased with this and other windows. A contractor bought and installed these around October 2006. There may be information on the sticker that means something to you. I don't have an invoice. This particular window is leaking where indicated on the picture I sent. A glass company employee came out and looked and couldn't find where the water would be coming in other than maybe the weather stripping/bubble was failing.

Hey Susan. I am afraid I can't cross-reference this information on that label with a specific seal in our catalog. The best thing to do is to remove a sample and show us the end profile. That cross-section view is the most reliable way to narrowing down potential weatherseal replacements. Based on the pictures you've shared, its possible a kerf mount bubble seal like our 58-053 or 58-055 could work for you, but I can't be certain. Please compare and let me know what you think.
