weatherseal for T-Astragal double door

Hi, I am looking to replace the T-Slot weatherseal on my double doors. This is the weather seal that sits between the double doors when they close (it's not for the door jambs).
I appreciate the help and can provide other photos or video if needed. I do not know the door manufacturer, but I do see a 5 digit number stamped on the door W11699.
