Sure, we'd be happy to help. Before we can offer anything, can you show me a few photos of the hardware in question? Seeing it out of the window would be ideal, since these parts are often obscured by the sill and sill trim while still installed. That makes it a lot harder to ID.

Take a look at our 39-171 as well as its opposite-handed counterpart, the 39-172. Look over their dimensions and see if these match what you need.
