weathershield window 1993 old bal measures 31in long ,series 751 x 31in long .I weighted window 24# ,which spring load to use 30R 15/23 or 30 HD 23/29 also new type pivot pin can I use it allabout door #640023/640024

If your sash is 24 pounds, then I'd definitely go with the 30HD stamp, which carries 23 through 29 pounds. 30R only carries 15 through 23, which is under 24 pounds.

As for the pin, I believe you can use our 26-150. Compare it to what you have now and let me know what you think.
