weathershield window balance

Hello, I was wondering if you could tell me what balance I need for a weathershield vinyl tilting doublehung window, from the accompanying photo.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the balance stamp only tells us the spring strength needed to support the weight of the window sash. We would need to see the balance fully removed from the window, including both ends, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
