Thanks for reaching out to us! Your foam seal here looks very similar to our 58-114 at first glance. It has an identical design, aside from ours being hollow instead of foam, but I suspect that yours is bigger. Our 58-114 is made for windows, after all, not doors. I'm not 100% optimistic that it would work but it may be worth considering at the very least.

Another option is our 58-056E. This is bigger but is specifically made for doors like yours. My only concern is that it might have the opposite problem in being too big. 

Either way, look over the specs for each to see if you could use one of these to replace the original.
