weatherstripping on casement windows brittle from sun exposure, now ruined when the painters painted it. Can you help me identify/replace it?

Thanks for writing in. I can't be entirely certain without knowing your original bubble seal's dimensions, but take a look at our 58-053 or 58-114 to start. See if you can compare these 'end profile' dimensions to a sample of your old seal, and let me know if you think one is a better match.
