Looking for replacement weatherstripping for wooden windows supplied by Jeldwen in 2004 under name of POZZI.
Color black, bulb 0.25 inch, "tail" also 0.25 inch.

Need approx 16 feet for one window and probably buy for several more.

This looks like our 58-053 Bubble Seal. Compare the end profile dimensions and see if you think this could work for you.
