weatherstripping for 45 year old steel entrance door

Question

No name, numbers or markings.
1/8" wide kerfs are in the jambs and header as opposed to in the stops as indicated in the sketch. If no direct replacement could you suggest a solution.

Greetings. I'm not certain, but start by giving our 58-008 Prime Door Seal kit a look. Look over the pictures for each seal in this set and see if you think it might be what you need.
