weatherstripping for French doors

Unfortunately my dog chewed up the weatherstripping on my door. It is foam filled with a hole in the center. It slides easily in and out of the track for replacement. Cannot identify who manufactured the French doors. They are old. A local lock smith could not tell us who made them.
