weatherstripping for Milgard French doors

Question

We have white framed Milgard French doors manufactured in 2003, 3 single hinged and 1 double door.  I am looking to replace the white weatherstripping around the doors as well as the middle stripping between the double doors.   The weatherstrippping around the doors is .5 x .75 inches and the weatherstripping between the double french doors is .5 x 1 inch.  Any suggestions?

I'm afraid I can't identify what kind of seal you have based on these photos. This service requires a clear view of the end profile in undamaged condition. The video below will clarify what I mean.

Please also note that French doors are a little out of our wheelhouse. I'll do my best to research this, of course, I just don't want to get your hopes up. We usually don't sell repair parts for this kind of application.
