Question

The aluminum frame measures 1/4 " x 1/2".  I need the plastic corners that fit inside the aluminum frame.  The plastic part that inserts into the frame is 19/64" x 13/64ths "

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure we can supply the exact corner you need. However, take a look at the 95-112 corner used in a 3/4" face by 1/4" thick screen frame. We also have the 95-208 corner used in a 5/8" face by 5/16" thick screen frame used on mobile home screens. Review the specifications for these parts and see how they compare with yours.
