don't know manufacturer, but vinyl windows are about 20 years old

Thanks for posting. I am not sure if we have an exact replacement for this weep hole cover. But I want you to look at our 26-186. This is a good backup option for most weep holes. You will need to drill two new holes to install it, but it will fit over pretty much any weep hole you need to cover. Let us know what you think.
