the old caldwell balance was for between 11-13 pounds. for S380-15 the weight choice are 10-12 and 12-13 so I'm not sure which to order. Thanks for your help.

Hello there. What was the stamp code on your old balance? That's generally the best thing to go off of. Otherwise, weigh the window sash the balances support. You can then determine what weight range that sash weight falls into. The 1430 stamp for a balance that can support a sash weight of 10 through 12 pounds, or 1440 for a sash that is 12 through 13 pounds. Let me know if you have any questions.
