weight for my channel balance

A home owner from sunrise florida says:
Hi, I do not know what its the stamp option for my windows since my stamp does not match any of the stamp options. my channel balance has printed C 24 2 for the big window and for the small window C 24 1. I do not know what is the proper balance that I need to buy. Could you please help me with this?. neither I am sure that 24" series 377 channel balance is the right. The channel its 1/2" wide
thanks for your help

Tom from SWISCO responded:
A stamp of 24 2 usually corresponds to our 2420 option, and a stamp of 24 1 usually corresponds to the 2410. I would double check the length of the metal channel, your balances should be 25" long, not 24".
