I'm afraid the Western brand isn't one I'm familiar with. We may be able to assist you, but it's going to depend on a few factors.

First, can you tell me exactly what needs to be repaired on your window? Note that our company only sells replacement hardware such as locks, latches, balances, etc. We can't repair or supply entire windows, glass, or window sashes.

Next, if you did just need smaller replacement parts, are you able to provide clear photos of each part in question? We have to take these on a case by case basis. The way we work is, we look at the photo and then we match it up with something in our catalog (if possible). To that end, clearly written dimensions would also be helpful.
