I looks like I have S385-18 but i'm not sure which spring weight I need.
The only numbers on it are 17 5 FT CMC 2

Your stamp code would correspond to the 1750 strength option for the S385-18 channel balance, which will support a sash between 17-20 pounds. With that being said, make sure to confirm the 1-3/32" shoe depth matches yours. Thanks for posting!
