Window balance 23 5 ER CALDWELL

Question

Is this series 380 or 385 Channel Balance.
I cant make out if the shoe is 15-004 or 15-005
The metal length measures 24" but stamped 23
The width is just more than 0.5" but stamped 5.

Stamped is 23 5 ER CALDWELL on metal rod. Pictures attached.

I need replacement channel balance for both left and right.

It's hard to say if this is the Series 380 or Series 385 just at a glance. It would depend on the size of your bottom shoe. When you looked at the 15-004 and 15-005, did you note the difference in size? Carefully measure your shoe to confirm which is a better match for your own.
