Does this come with the screws and the vinyl sweep or do they have to be ordered too?

The 10-324 does not come with screws, no. We recommend using the 33-071.

Thanks Tom. How about the vinyl sweep? You did not answer if it comes with the vinyl sweep or not.

Sorry for missing that part of your post. The 10-324 does come with a vinyl sweep, yes.

Does the drip rail come with backing adhesive tape for installation? Thanks.

It does not, unfortunately. These are designed to screw in. That said, you can buy double stick tape at any local hardware store and that will work just as well.
