The 10-324 does not come with screws, no. We recommend using the 33-071.

Sorry for missing that part of your post. The 10-324 does come with a vinyl sweep, yes.

It does not, unfortunately. These are designed to screw in. That said, you can buy double stick tape at any local hardware store and that will work just as well.
