This is a 3640 JR based on the engraving and I believe is 37 inches but can't identify further the exact model

This balance can be replaced with either the S378-37, S380-37, or the S385-37. You'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe to determine which of these is the correct fit.

You'll need the 3640 stamp option.
