what kind of a balancer and a shoe ?

the code on the balancer is 16C 0d BSI as it shows in the photo. i need both sides since i will have to replace them both. i can go with any compatible products of yours if the same ones are not available. I have no way of knowing what brand widows are they.

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see a clear photo of any attachments that could be connected to the balance or that may still be in the window channel or left behind in the pivot shoe.

Unfortunately, the stamp from the balance nor the sticker on the window help to identify the type of balance you need. The stamp from the balance only indicates the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the sash however, we'll first need to determine the balance series you need.

I will also need to see the pivot shoe removed from the window. The window channel obstructs the view of your shoe making it a bit difficult to make a proper recommendation.
