ball bearing wheel from sliding door on boat built in taiwan in 1987. out side diameter 1.25 inch. width 5/16. The axel appear to be stepped - 1/4 in diameter to 3/16 diameter. Or the axel is maybe a 1/4 inch with a 3/16 inch pin or rivet. The wheel is mounted to a 1mm thick stainless steel carrier.

You're only showing the roller. We will need to see photos of the complete roller assembly, including the housing and detailed measurements, to be able to provide an accurate recommendation.

Sorry,
Photo below shows wheel, and carrier that holds it. Translucent piece in foreground is plastic washer that goes over outer axle (one on each side) What I'll call or what appears to be an inner axle has been mostly worn away or sheared off. Its this "inner axle" that apparently went through the holes in the carrier and held the wheel in place. The assembly was repaired once before with JB Weld applied on the outside of the carrier to hold the inner axle in place. The wheel and carrier appear to be stainless steel. the earlier dimensions I provided are wrong. The correct dimensions are:
Outer diameter of wheel: 1- 1/8 inch; outside diameter of outer axle: 1/4 inch; outside diameter of inner axle (which appears to be a hollow brass sleeve ?) 5/32 inch; hole for axle in carrier 5/32 inch.

Thank you for the additional photo and information. We offer a steel ball bearing wheel, our 81-223. Have a look. It appears to match up with your part. There is also the 81-310 roller axle repair kit that may be helpful to you. if you should also need a nylon spacer, please have a look at our 10-217. Review each part mentioned and let us know if any other questions come up.

Thanks for your help. From what I can see, the wheel you recommend will require a 1/4 inch outside diameter axle given the 1/4 in inside diameter shown for that wheel. That will be too large a diameter to go through the 5/32 hole in the carrier. And the outside spread on the carrier is 11/16 inch so the axle is going to need to span that distance. The axles in axle repair kit do not appear to be 11/16 inch long and appear to be greater than 5/32 in in diameter. Is there a stepped axle, some sort of axle pin, barrel bolt or other thing that could meet these dimensions?
