wheels assembly for sliding hurricane doors

Can you assist with identifying this part? they are wheels for rolling hurricane impact doors. the wheels are 3/8". It says Disco 2179-1

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. This roller has a very peculiar design and nothing in our inventory is quite right. The major problematic detail is the back end, which has those "wings" on either side.
The only double wheel roller in our inventory that has that feature is our 81-171, but there are many other design differences that make me hesitate to recommend it. I'm also not sure how well its dimensions match up.
Is the housing damaged in any way? If not, you can replace the wheels and reuse the rest. See our selection of replacement wheels and axle kits here.
