wheels for SuperSeal vinyl sliding glass door

A handy person from Milford, NJ says:

I need to replace the wheels on my sliding glass door. It is not clear how to remove/install the wheels...I removed the door and looked into the existing wheel assembly and I can see the bottom tip of a screw coming through the assembly, but it's not clear how to get to the screw head. I'm hoping I don't have to remove the glass, but it seems that may be the only way. Hoping you guys have some tricks for me and know what part# I need to order from you.

Thanks,

Alan

Hi there, Alan. Let me start off with saying that you do not need to remove the glass from the frame. I believe your door may use our 81-095 roller assembly. Take a look. There is a screw you need to remove that holds the top of the wheel housing to the door frame. You may have to look through the rollers to get to it. I also placed some helpful media guide videos on this page for you to review. This may provide some additional information for you.
