which balance to order?

Please recommend which balance to order. I can not tell which series is appropriate.

Attached are several photos that should help identify the channel balance. You may be able to read some dimensions re the top and bottom pieces.

The notations on the side read:
2030 BS1 EL
The length is 21".

It looks like you have a 19-005 top attachment and 15-001 bottom attachment. Do you agree? If so, the balance you need to order is the S395-21 with the 2030 option.

Thanks Paul. Yes, the attachments do seem right.

I'll hold off for a little while though. While working on this, I took out both channel balances. I did not see any obvious reason why the window had not been working properly, so I put them back in. It seems OK now. I'll watch it and, if needed, I'll order the balances.
