Hello,

I need replacement block & tackle window balances. Mine are labelled
" 30 5 JQ CALDWELL" on the back.

Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It appears you have either the S351-31 or S390-31 channel balance with the 3050 stamp option. You will have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below to determine which Series is best for your repair.
