Attached are photos of the front and back of the pivot shoe. Width one and quarter inches, thickness is 9/16 inches
We just need 4 to 6 coils, half inch wide, about 50 inches long
The number on the coil is 9 or 6, my double hang window weights 18 pounds

I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble getting through to us on the phone but we'll be happy to help! Your photos resemble the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil balance springs sold separately. For an 18-pound window, you'll need one S190-940 on each side.
