which crank assembly to order

Question

Hi there. I'm a retired teacheer and I do odd jobs for fun and profit, and to help people who are financially limited. A lady asked me to replace the crank arms on some windows in a new-to-her home. I think that between your video and You Tube I can figure it out, but I'm not certain yet which apparatus to order. I'll attach some pictures, one of which seems to have a model number on it. Any additional tips you can give me or refer me to will be greatly appreciated.
